Crossmark Marketing Ghana – the organizers of Universal Merchant Bank Ghana Tertiary Awards (UMB GTA) are set to open nominations for the 9th edition of the prestigious awards scheme.
The nominations for this year’s event will be opened on Wednesday 20th July 2022 and closed on Monday 1st August 2022. The theme for this year’s edition is “Students, The Greatest Asset of Ghana”.
All nominees will be thoroughly vetted by the 2022 board of the award scheme who are Robert Nana Kodua (Board Chairman), Grace Quainoo (Secretary), Amtu Ameyaw Akumfi (Board Member), Richmond Amofa – Sarpong (Board Member), Agyemang Emmanuel (Board Member), Andrea Kenzie Kandolo (Board Member), Ransford Teye (Board Member), and Abena Animah (Board Member).
According to the organizers, interested applicants can file for nomination on the Ghana Tertiary Awards official website (ghanatertiaryawards.com).
In an interview with the Chief Executive Officer of CrossMark Marketing, Mr. Richmond Amofa-Sarpong, he disclosed that “98,000 students, Institutions and Individuals picked up last year’s nomination forms nationwide with only 600 of them qualifying.
The purpose of the Ghana Tertiary Awards is to recognize students, institutions, and individuals whose lives have had a beneficial impact on our society as a result of the achievements they have made in their respective fields of endeavor.
CrossMark Marketing, a giant BTL Marketing Company, is responsible for the conception of the awards program. Universal Merchant Bank is the primary sponsor of the event.
