Robert Nana Koduah
Board Chairman
Robert Nana Koduah is a Ghanaian Theatre Practitioner, Actor, TV presenter and advertiser. Popularly known Nana K., a versatile actor who has undergone a formal training. A realist actor extraordinaire with fluid versatility.A Media mogul, a think tank with creativity in professionalism. Robert has featured in many TV series which includes, "THE SCRIBES (GTV)THE ALMIGHTY(GHONE),, ROSE'S AND DAGGERS" which is currently showing on DSTV Akwaaba magic by AA productions.
He is the brand ambassador for UTRADIA GHANA,Former ICON for KASAPREKO ALOMO BITERS. Nana Koduah has over 28 TV commercials including KASAPREKO ALOMO BITTERS ADDS, TIGO TRIBE, GOTV, GHANA HEALTH SERVICE, UTRADIA GHANA, GHANA ROAD SAFETY.
He created the “DRIVER SUSU K)” slogan for Ghana Road Safety and the APOSTOLIC CHURCH GHANA road safety campaign program. He has to his credit an international movie feature "WELCOME HOME" which was shot in both Europe and other part of Africa. Worked with the National Theatre of Ghana from 2010 to 2016 and had over 916 stage appearances.
On both screen and stage, he can banter his fellow actors and draw from them a sense of light mockery that makes it seem as if his leading trait is the art of seeing all things on the prosaic side and thrilling viewers in a most unforgettable way. He is to say the least, a gem of an actor. Currently,he’s the CEO of RNK ADVERTISING AGENCY.
And the host of a political show “3BAA NE SEN”on CTV.
Ellen Techie Bonsuo

She is a passionate gender advocate with a strong interest in promoting women's inclusion in all spheres of life.
She currently serves as the Women's Commissioner for the University Students Association of Ghana, where she works tirelessly to empower and uplift female students.
Prior to her current role, Ellen served as the Female Hall President at the University of Education, Winneba, where she spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality and empowering female students to reach their full potential. Ellen is a firm believer in the power of education to transform lives and communities, and she is committed to using her platform to advocate for policies and programs that support women's education and advancement. she continues to be a driving force for change in her community and beyond.
Richmond Amofa-Sarpong
Board Member
Richmond Amofa Sarpong is the founder of one of Ghana’s biggest student awards festivals, Ghana Tertiary Awards.
Through the establishment of his awards scheme has helped discovered many outstanding Ghanaian personalities.
He is a Law Student and a Television Presenter on Youth Empowerment Television Show which airs Monday to Thursday on Pan African Television in Ghana.
He is the manager of Hardworking Actress and Philanthropist Fella Makafui. He is a Youth Advocate, Talent Management Consult, Youth Coach and a Marketing Expert.He was appointed the United Nations Youth Ghana’s Public Relations Officer in 2019. His works has been recognized and this has led him to receive many honours and distinctions such as “Youth Empowerment Icon of the Year” at the African Youth Empowerment Awards 2015, “Best Golden Entrepreneur at the West Africa Golden Entrepreneur Awards 2016, “Outstanding Youth Entrepreneur” At the Ghana Rising Entrepreneurs Award 2017, “Exclusive Male Entrepreneur” Of the Year at The Africa Entrepreneur & Leadership Awards 2018, “Youth Achiever Award” From Ghana Youth Television, The 21st Century Business Entrepreneur Award at The Africa Business Leadership Honours 2019 In Dubai and The Youth In Community Spirit Award 2018 at The State House, Accra.

Michael Chris Tetteh
Board Member Michael Chris Tetteh is the founder and CEO of Pierian Spring. it
Mr. Tetteh had his first degree at the University of Cape Coast where he studied Geography, African studies and philosophy. He also obtained his second bachelor of law (LLB) degree at the University of Cape Coast.
He is a former tutor for the subject “critical thinking” at the University of Cape Coast Distance Education and an assistant examiner for the West Africa examination council (WAEC). Mr Tetteh is currently pursuing his Master of Law (LLM) degree at the University of Ghana, Legon.
As an education enthusiast, he started Pierian Spring to focus on developing initiatives that will promote quality education and also make education attractive to the youth of Africa. He is the secretary to Organic Chain Africa and a board member of the African Chamber of content producers. He is a businessman, entrepreneur, marketer and motivational speaker.
Emily Jemima Nyarko

Emily is a graduate of Jayee University College and holds Bsc in Public relations, Advance Diploma in Journalism, Advance Diploma in Theology, and currently pursuing BBA Human Resource Management.
ObjectivesTo come with workable strategies for creating different standards for advertising, public relations ,and cooperate relationships ,where considerable experience will be further expanded and used.
